The challenge
Fleet operators were stuck between spreadsheets and guesswork. They needed to see every vehicle in real time, get alerted the moment one left its zone, and manage drivers without a wall of screens.
What we built
FleetTrackMate is a full GPS tracking platform. A live operations map plots every vehicle and depot as it moves, geofencing raises alerts, and driver management and fleet analytics sit alongside it. It ships with a companion mobile app so a manager can watch the fleet from their pocket, and a free plan so small operators can start with no risk.
The result
One dashboard that replaces the spreadsheets, coded and shipped in house from the real-time map to the mobile app. Operators open a single screen and see their whole fleet, live.
