Advertising, sold separately

We run your ads. You keep control of the spend.

Advertising is a separate, recurring service, not part of any setup tier. Run it daily, weekly, or monthly. Your ad spend is yours and is billed separately from our management fee.

Recurring · daily / weekly / monthly · from $399 a month, about ₦640,000

Why most small business advertising quietly wastes money

Almost nobody loses money on ads because the product is wrong. They lose it because the money was spent without a structure, and because nothing was measured, so the same mistake was repeated the following month.

Boosting a post is not a campaign

The boost button optimises for the thing it can see, which is engagement. Likes are not orders. You can buy a thousand of them and sell nothing, and the app will still report it as a success.

Nothing is tracked, so nothing can be learned

Without tracking installed properly you cannot say which sale came from which ad. That means every month starts from zero and every decision is a guess dressed up as instinct.

The ad gets changed before it has told you anything

Two days is not a result, it is noise. Changing creative every 48 hours guarantees you pay for the learning period over and over and never reach the part where it gets cheaper.

It is aimed at everyone

Selling to everybody means paying to reach people who were never going to buy. A narrower audience costs less per sale even though it costs more per thousand people.

The money goes out before the shop is ready

Traffic to a page that loads slowly, has no prices, or cannot take an order is the most expensive way to discover those problems.

What changes when it is run properly

None of this is clever. It is the ordinary discipline of spending money on purpose, which is exactly the thing an owner running the whole business has no time to do.

  • Campaigns built around what you actually sell

Structured by product and margin, so budget moves toward the things that make you money rather than the things that get attention.

  • Creative made from your own products

Shot, cut and written for the platform it runs on. Your products, your brand, not a stock template with your logo on it.

  • Tracking installed before a naira is spent

So that at the end of the month there is a real answer to which ad produced which sale, and the next month starts from knowledge.

  • Optimised weekly against sales, not vanity

We turn off what is not selling and put the money behind what is. That is most of the job, and it is the part nobody has time for.

  • A report you can actually read

Spend against revenue, in plain language, including the months it did not work. You should never need us to interpret our own report for you.

How the money works

Two separate payments, and only one of them comes to us.

Paid to Duce Atelier

Our management fee

A fixed monthly fee for running the campaigns: strategy, setup, creative, optimisation and reporting. It does not change with your spend, so a good month costs you no more than a quiet one.

Paid by you, to the platform

Your ad spend

Charged to your own card on your own ad account. It never passes through us, we never mark it up, and we never take a percentage of it. You can see every naira of it yourself, at any hour, without asking us.

Why the account is yours and not ours

Because the audience data, the pixel history and the campaign learning are worth more over time than the campaigns themselves, and they should belong to the business that paid for them. If you stop working with us, you keep all of it. An agency that holds your ad account is holding your business, and that is not a relationship, it is leverage.

How much to spend

There is no minimum, but there is a sensible test: if our management fee is larger than what you are putting into the platform, wait. At that point you are paying more to have the money spent than you are spending, and the budget is too small for the campaign to learn anything. Build up the spend first, then bring us in.

How often we touch it

The cadence is what you are really choosing. It sets how quickly a bad ad gets turned off, which is most of what your money buys.

Daily
Checked and adjusted every working day. For a launch, a sales push, or a seasonal peak where a day of a bad ad is real money.
Weekly
Reviewed and adjusted once a week. The right choice for most stores, most of the time, and the one we recommend unless there is a reason not to.
Monthly
A monthly reset, report and replan. For smaller budgets that genuinely need the whole month to gather enough data to say anything.
What it covers
  • Campaign strategy and setup across the platforms your customers actually use
  • Creative built from your own products
  • Weekly optimisation against what is selling, not against vanity numbers
  • A monthly report showing spend against revenue

What we need from you

Advertising is the one service where we cannot simply be left to it. These five things are the difference between a campaign and an expensive experiment.

  • A live store or page that can actually take an order, today, on a phone.
  • Admin access to your own ad accounts. We work inside them; we never own them.
  • Product photographs, or permission to use the ones we shot for you.
  • A budget you can sustain for at least eight weeks. Stopping at week three wastes the whole of it.
  • One person who can approve creative without a committee, so an ad does not sit unapproved while the season passes.

When not to buy this

We would rather turn this down than take a monthly fee to spend money that was never going to work. If any of these is true, wait.

Your store is not live yet

Buy the build first. Advertising to a shop that does not exist is the most expensive way to wait.

Nobody has ever bought from you

Ads amplify demand, they do not create it. If no human has yet paid you for this product, find the first few by hand. What you learn doing that is what makes the ads work later.

The budget would come from money you need

Advertising is an investment with a real chance of returning nothing for the first month or two. It should never be rent money.

You want a guaranteed number of sales

Nobody can promise that, and anybody who does is either lying or about to blame you. We promise the work, the structure and the honesty, never the outcome.

The other things we run monthly

Advertising is one of five. None of them is required, none is bundled into a build, and every one of them can be stopped monthly. They exist because a business that has just launched is usually the least equipped to keep it all running alone.

Questions people actually ask

Do you guarantee sales?
No. We guarantee that the campaigns are properly built, actively managed and honestly reported. Any agency promising a specific number of sales is either guessing or about to explain why it was your fault.
Whose ad account is it?
Yours, always, in your name, on your card. We are added as a manager and can be removed by you in about thirty seconds. Nothing we build is held hostage.
Which platforms do you run?
The ones your buyers actually use, which for most of our clients means Instagram and Facebook first, Google where people are searching for the thing by name, and TikTok where the product suits it. We would rather run two platforms properly than five badly.
Can I stop?
It is monthly, with thirty days' notice. No annual lock in. If it is not working and we cannot fix it, we would rather you stopped than resented us.
Do you make the ads, or do I?
We do. Creative is included in the fee, built from your products and your brand. If you have footage or photographs you want used, even better.
What happens in a month where it does not work?
You get told that, plainly, with what we think went wrong and what we are changing. A report that is good news every single month is not a report, it is marketing.

Not sure the store is ready for ads yet?

Say so on the call and we will tell you honestly, even when the honest answer is that you should not spend anything with us this month.
