The basics

    Quotes & scope

    Every project is quoted for a specific scope agreed before work begins. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately. A written or WhatsApp confirmation of a quote is treated as acceptance of these terms.

    Deposits & payment

    Most projects start with a non-refundable deposit, with the balance due before final files, prints, or a site go-live are handed over. For print and physical items, full payment is required before production begins.

  3. 03

    No refunds once work has started

    Because our work is custom and time is booked specifically for you, fees already paid are non-refundable once work has begun. If you cancel, we'll hand over whatever has been completed to that point.

  4. 04

    Revisions

    Each package includes a set number of revision rounds. Reasonable tweaks are part of the process; a change of direction after approval, or extra rounds, are quoted as additional work.

  5. 05

    Timelines

    Timelines are estimates and depend on getting what we need from you, content, feedback, and approvals, on time. Delays on materials or replies move the delivery date accordingly.

  6. 06

    Your content & rights

    You confirm that any logos, text, images, or other material you give us are yours to use, or properly licensed. We're not liable for third-party claims arising from material you supply.

  7. 07

    Ownership

    Final deliverables and source files are released once payment is complete. Until then, all work remains the property of Duce Atelier. We may feature completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

  8. 08

    Liability

    We deliver our work with care, but we're not liable for indirect losses (for example, lost profits) arising from the use of what we produce. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific project.
